Topics include Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms used for secure remote access, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), virtualization, and automation concepts that support the digitization of networks. The course is designed to help students prepare for professional careers in the information and communication technology (ICT) field. It also helps prepare individuals seeking to pass the Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation exam (200-301).
