The panel selection process is highly competitive, including an assessment of related cybersecurity capability maturity.

Panel chairs will receive a stipend of $9,000 upon project completion. Panelist members will receive a stipend of $1,500 upon project completion. Stipends for panel chairs and members are provided courtesy of grants from the Critical Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Science Foundation.

Two panelists will be selected as the Course Panel Chairs. All panelists will have the opportunity to become Cybersecurity Skills Development Workshop facilitators. Panel members who develop and facilitate workshops receive additional compensation, including ongoing royalties from licensing of the workshop course cartridge, please click the link below. https://nationalcyberwatchcenter.wildapricot.org/event-4714641

The CSP program is producing the nation's first cybersecurity curricula designed using Competency-Based, Mastery Learning (CBML) instructional design methods. Studies conducted by the National CyberWatch Center show that CBML courses more than double the number of students achieving proficiency and competency in cybersecurity functions and roles.
