Digital Forensics Investigations
Inv. Eyric Williams, Digital Forensic Section Supervisor of the Warner Robins Forensic Laboratory
Eyric Williams serves as the Section Supervisor of the Digital Forensic Section at the Warner Robins Forensic Laboratory with the Warner Robins Police Department. In this role, he oversees a variety of IT responsibilities, including system administration, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing City-wide IT projects, and configuring servers and firewalls to address network and workstation challenges. In addition to his work with the City of Warner Robins, Inv. Williams serves as an adjunct instructor at Central Georgia Technical College, where he teaches courses in Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking, and related subjects. He is pursuing a Doctorate of Science in IT at Middle Georgia State University and holds a Master of Science in Information Technology, with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Forensics, from an ABET-accredited program. Inv. Williams has earned CompTIA certifications in Security+, Network+, and A+, along with several digital forensics certifications, including CASA, CCPA, and CCO. He has attended courses at the National Computer Forensic Institute (NCFI) and is an active member of the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS). With 16 years of experience as a certified law enforcement officer, Inv. Williams is a GPSTC-certified Crime Scene Investigator. His deep understanding of Georgia law, including criminal statutes, procedures, and search warrant protocols, has shaped his methodical and responsible approach to every investigative challenge.

Jennifer Altman, IT Security Analyst III, Houston Healthcare
Pierce Christie, Senior IT Security Analyst, Houston Healthcare
Jenn has over 23 years of experience in Information Technology as an IT contractor with the Air Force and Navy/Marine Corps and Healthcare IT. She joined Houston Healthcare as a Security Analyst in 2017. Jenn works diligently to educate the Houston Healthcare organization and the community on Cyber Safety and best practices through facilitating Cybersecurity Community Outreach Forums, working with the senior citizens community in Houston County on Cyber education and working closely with the Houston College & Career Academy and CGTC. She is currently the Vice Chair for the CGTC CIST Program Advisory Committee.
Pierce has over 16 years in Information Technology and 12 years in Healthcare IT. He joined Houston Healthcare in 2013 as a Computer Technician before moving into IT Security and eventually becoming the Senior Analyst. Pierce has a diverse past and education including a Bachelor of the Arts in Music from Valdosta State University where he specialized in the bassoon and then later obtaining a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Pierce has spoken at several schools and universities around Georgia as well as presented at SkyTalks 2018 at DefCon 26 in Las Vegas.

Moeiini Reilly
Moeiini “Moi” Reilly is a Research Technologist with Georgia Tech Research Institute’s (GTRI) Electronic Systems Laboratory (ELSYS), as well as a Human-Centered Computing PhD Student in the Ka Moamoa Lab at Georgia Tech, where his research is broadly in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, information assurance, and computing education. Specifically, Moi studies the usage and policy supporting interconnecting computing systems as well as technology usage in educational environments. He applies his work to agriculture, conservation, K12 education, and national security. Through his own flavor of applied research, he is seeking to solve problems related to barriers in access and awareness to opportunities for growth in STEM/STEAM fields. Notably, he seeks to solve these problems through building sustainable infrastructure and foundational policy to support tangible change for future generations.
