3rd Annual Raise the BAR Mastery Badge Program Webcast
Announcing the third annual Raise the BAR Mastery Badge Program. The BAR acronym stands for Behaviorally-Anchored Rating. Much evidence shows that BAR scales that are based on the tasks that must be performed to excel in a career position are less biased, more accurate indications of a job candidate’s capability maturity. The previous Raise the BAR assessments have been used by companies, such as IBM, to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions. As with last year’s program, each participant will be provided free access to the Core Concept Readiness Inventories which assess your stock of knowledge in four fundamental domains of information security.
Students who are attending the Mid-Atlantic 3CS Conference’s Career Expo March 31 – April 2nd, 2022 at Prince George’s Community College in Largo Maryland will be able to take this assessments and pair the results with employers at the Career Expo. Click on the link below to sign up for updates.
