Cybersecurity Capabilities and Careers Symposia Exhibitor Options
Regional 3CS Exhibitor Hours are 6:30 - 9:30 pm on Friday and 9:30 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
Showcase Booth
The standard 3CS Showcase booths are 10' x 10' and include: one (1) six-foot table, two (2) chairs, company/organization name listed in the event guide. Sponsorship level determines the number of comped registrations for admission to all general sessions and up to one (1) Cybersecurity Skills Development Workshop. Diamond sponsors receive a double booth (20' x 10'). Exhibitors are welcome to staff their booth during the Career Fair and General Session periods, but must ensure the booth is manned during the designated Exhibit hours.
All other services related to the exhibit booth are the responsibility of each exhibitor. This includes but is not limited to costs such as: electricity, water, telephone, internet, shipping, storage, and handling. Once an exhibitor has provided payment, an exhibitor package of information provided by the event venue will be provided with details and instructions for ordering and payment for additional services.
If additional registration passes are required, exhibitors must complete the 3CS General Admission event registration form and provide payment.
Job Fair Booth
The Job Fair Booth exhibitor is provided a Showcase booth (see above) for the Career Fair session only.
Demonstration Sessions
3CS Demonstration Sessions are scheduled every 30 minutes throughout the time the Exhibit Hall is open. Each session presentation must be limited to 20 minutes to allow time for attendee turnover between sessions. Except for Collaborators, all sponsorship levels are assigned one (1) free Demonstration Session. Additional sessions may be purchased here.
Presentation Track Sponsor
3CS presentation tracks include between 3 and 7 sessions. As a Presentation Track Sponsor, you may assemble your own sessions or request that the 3CS program committee issue a Call for Presentations that match a theme of your choosing and make the final decision on the acceptance of presentation proposals.
