My passion for coaching stems from twenty years of pastoral ministry.  As a coach, I have walked alongside both individuals and groups, crafting questions that lead to insight in discernment of new pathways and approaches.  Some specific areas of coaching might include: Time management/Life balance, Stress management, and Transitions.  I completed my ACC/PCC certification coursework through Vibrant Faith, and I am also a certified grief coach.

Through coaching, I focus on whole-life wellness.  Family and fitness time are important to me.  I include regular exercise in my life and I have completed three Ironman triathlons.  I look forward to accompanying you in a coaching partnership.

Jeremy Duprey is in his twenty-second year of pastoral ministry and has been coaching for five years. He uses coaching daily—formally and informally—and loves the brave space coaching provides for leaders to not only grow but to experience personal and professional transformation Jeremy and his family live in the Black Hills of South Dakota where he likes to hike and backpack. He also serves as president of the Lutheran Campus Ministry board at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and loves supporting young adults as they navigate life as students and move into their chosen careers.

Coach Janny Franken

Janny Franken was born and raised in The Netherlands. After receiving her Masters’ degree in Educational Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, she worked in settings where she could use her observational and critical analysis strengths, advising parents and professionals on how to improve their ability to work with and raise children and youth with special needs.

Janny moved to the USA in 2005 and served as a leader of an improvement process overarching 3 Dutch Language & Culture schools in Southern California. In 2012, she started working at a church to grow and improve their Children & Youth Ministries. Later she also took up the role as Congregational Life Director to guide the congregation through the transition of becoming a Reconciling in Christ congregation (welcoming LGBTQ+), and was co-president of the board. In sum, Janny has worked in many different leadership roles where she enjoyed thinking outside the box, tapping into her critical thinking skills, and motivating others to move forward.

In 2020 she started coach training to obtain an ACC accreditation, and completed PCC training in December of 2022. She is excited to have her own coaching business, and is an ICF - Professional Certified Coach. Janny is passionate about bringing improvement to organizations and leading leaders through change, towards a desired future. She thrives when clients reach their goals, are willing to be held accountable and celebrate their accomplishments.
