Cybersecurity Skills Journal (CSJ)
Peer Reviewer Workshop
Do you have the desire and time available to help develop and enhance a growing community of scholars seeking to advance the science of cybersecurity? Are you interested in receiving a fellowship for publishing your research in the leading journal for the development of cybersecurity skills? Would you like to learn how peer reviews can become effective and constructive means to assist an author in progressing their research idea, outline, presentation, or draft manuscript towards an academic journal quality publication? If you answered YES to any of these questions, this workshop is for you!
In this Virtual Brown Bag Lunch Workshop, members of the Editorial Board will discuss the CSJ's unique constructive process in which large peer reviewer panels assist authors in developing their research towards a scholarly rigorous, practically relevant publication in the Cybersecurity Skills Journal. During this hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to meet your Fellow peer reviewers, express your interest in leading reviews in topic areas of interest, and form peer review teams with responsibilities assigned for each component of a CSJ publication: problem, research question, contribution, theory, method, evidence analysis, and implications for practice and research.
If you have not already applied to become a Cybersecurity Skills Journal Fellow by enrolling as a Peer Reviewer, please register and complete the application at: https://nationalcyberwatchcenter.wildapricot.org/event-3018629,
